Job Description

At TFR Global, we have experienced a high level of success transitioning individuals across from a UK based, non-wealth management background, and helping them become fully qualified Financial Consultants.

The international wealth management market is well-suited to individuals who can showcase a high level of performance working in a pro-active UK sales environment, and then applying that to our business model and services. Therefore, if you are frustrated with a lack of financial progression and career development in your current position, and would be interested in working for a business that provides a direct route to a more affluent sales market whilst an increased earning potential that is 100% relevant to performance, then this will be for you.

As one of our new Consultants – you will be given the freedom to build a portfolio of clients, whilst also work closely a TFR Global Technical Specialist/Regional Manager until you are fully up to speed with our investment proposition and have obtained your qualifications. TFR Global will assist you through this process, as well as regular internal PNG Global training modules.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A proven track record of success in a sales and relationship management focused environment
  • 3 - 6 years’ experience out of education
  • A top 5% performer in the industry/company you have worked in
  • Experienced working within a targeted and commission/incentive driven environment
